Ceres Golf Estate
Progress Report

We received Record of Decision (ROD) from the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning (DEADP) and have commenced with sales.

The sales launch took place on the 6th of October 2007. The project will be done in one phase. We expect to finish the civil works (roads, sewerage, etc.) by the end of 2008, where after construction of homes on the estate can commence. The existing 9-hole golf course will remain open while the additional 9-holes will be added. Once the new holes are playable the existing holes will be remodeled to transform the course into a quality 18-hole course. The housing is expected to be completed within 3 years of the civil works being completed; by which time it will be October 2011.
